100 Franklin transforms a distinct corner in Tribeca into two triangular buildings, featuring expansive terraces located at the penthouse levels.The buildings’ shared 200-foot-long facade along Sixth Avenue maximizes light and views for each of thetwo- and three-bedroom residences, which range from 1,427 to 3,673 square feet.

Accessed by direct elevator entry, every 100 Franklin residence offers a private experience of the unique triangular architecture. The building’s striking geometry amplifies the spacious proportions of each layout and transforms exterior views into memorable perspectives. All floor plans were designed with thoughtful versatility and boast generous storage.
Dedication to Detail
100 Franklin’s interiors possess an enchanting sense of lightness in every element—from the building’s eight-foot windows to the residences’ signature larch floors, which were sustainably harvested from forests surrounding the Admont Abbey in the medieval Austrian town of Admont. Marble surfaces, Wolf/SubZero kitchen appliances, Hansgrohe bathroom fittings, and custom millwork were all selected for performance, durability, and an elevated homeownership experience.
