Eleonora has extensive experience in both sales and pre-development consulting and marketing for projects such as Gramercy Square, DDG's 100 Franklin Street, The Beekman Hotel and Residences, and the historic Belnord Condominium where she was personally recommended by Howard Lorber to join the sales team.

Raised in SoHo and currently residing in Flatiron, Eleonora has a distinct edge with her encyclopedic-like knowledge of the city's inventory. Her dedication to serving her diverse network of clients and the extended New York Community has allowed her to transcend real estate and collaborate across other entrepreneurial endeavors, guaranteeing her clients have access to the most exclusive real estate opportunities.

A student of Manhattan's prestigious Stuyvesant High School in TriBeCa and graduate of Boston University's Questrom School of Management with a Business Administration and Marketing degree, Eleonora inherently knew that real estate was her calling. She recalls early childhood memories in downtown Manhattan, having a first-hand view of the ever-changing neighborhood and living through the evolution of SoHo. She has personal experience in how culture, industry, and politics shape the communities that make up our city.

Fluent in English and Hebrew and proficient in Spanish and German, Eleonora believes that a strong hold on the Manhattan real estate market involves a deep understanding of the global community. Having been born in Israel, Eleonora spends much of her free time traveling to visit family across 5 continents.

A New Yorker through and through, Eleonora firmly believes in investing in early childhood education. She serves on the board of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association and The Preschool of the Arts. She is the founder of the acclaimed SHS Mentoring Program for Professional Development which provides an alternative to traditional college prep for Stuyvesant and external NYC Public High School students. What started as a program to introduce students to alumni in their fields and industries of interest quickly evolved to focus on corporate and social skills for some of the city's most gifted Public High School students. Eleonora and her team of 75 mentors work year-round on the planning of logistics, curriculum, and organization. The program services 1000 in-person students every year and makes content readily available online in public speaking, resume writing, interviewing, and networking.
